Due to the recent pandemic outbreak of coronavirus [COVID-19], we will not be accepting any returns or exchanges. We do this to keep our staff and future customers safe and in good health.
On rare occasions, replacements will be issued (such as in the case of damaged goods upon reception). These matters will be dealt with on a case by case basis. For us to effectively deal with these matters, we will need an email describing the issue, date of purchase, which item has the issue, as well as picture documentation of the issue. You will need to send this email to email@example.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
